The Election is Over – So What’s Next for M&A?

MCLEAN, VA— Womble Carlyle is sponsoring and presenting a three-panel interactive seminar on positioning your company for success in the post-election M&A market. CliftonLarsonAllen and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management are co-sponsors of the event.
 
The panelists, including Womble Carlyle corporate attorney Dean Rutley, will cover:
  • The current M&A environment and how to prepare your company for sale
  • Wealth structuring, financial management and tax planning strategies to come out on top despite current economic conditions 
  • Unique experiences direct from business owners who have bought and sold companies
The event takes place from 7:30 to 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15th at the Ritz Carlton Tysons Corner in McLean, Va. There is no charge to attend but space is limited.
 
 
Dean Rutley has more than 20 years of experience representing companies in a wide range of corporate, transactional, and securities matters. Mr. Rutley’s practice is concentrated on emerging growth and mid-market companies (both public and private) with regard to a variety of domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. He practices in Womble Carlyle’s Northern Virginia office.
