Dick Vincent to Speak at Advanced Health Care Law Forum in Atlanta
Dick Vincent, a member of the firm's Health Care Practice Group, will speak at the Advanced Health Care Law Forum on Friday, October 17, 2008 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Vincent's session entitled "Quality - From Top Priority to the Bottom Line," will address quality initiatives by payors, such as pay for performance and never events, bottom line implications, and failure to comply issues. Other speakers on the panel include Brooke Flaherty, Director of Government Relations, Southeast Region, Aetna; Dennis White, Chief Executive Officer, Georgia Medical Care Foundation; and Donald J. Palmisano, Jr., General Counsel, Medical Association of Georgia.
