Womble Carlyle Attorneys To Discuss Patent Infringement Issues At Roundtable Session

GREENSBORO, N.C.—Womble Carlyle attorneys D.J. Mason and Greg Grissett will participate in a roundtable discussion on “Strategies for Dealing with a Charge of Patent Infringement.” The North Carolina Bar Association’s Patent Law Committee and the Elon University School of Law are co-hosting the presentation.
The presentation will discuss litigation alternatives for accused patent infringers, and the advantages (or disadvantages) of using inter partes and ex parte reexamination proceedings before the United States Patent Office as part of a litigation strategy.
The discussion is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 16th at the Elon University School of Law, 201 North Greene Street in downtown Greensboro. A light reception will follow.
