Womble Carlyle Participates at MCCA’s 11th Annual Pathways to Diversity Conference

NEW YORK, NY - Sanjay Beri and Bernard Coleman of Womble Carlyle were panelists at the MCCA’s 11th Annual Pathways to Diversity Conference in New York, New York on Wednesday, November 10, 2010. Sanjay Beri of the Tysons Corner office was a panelist for the program entitled, “The Great Equalizer: Using Social Media to Level the Playing Field.” Beri answered questions on the use of social media for diversity efforts in the work field. Bernard Coleman of the Atlanta office was on the panel for the program, “Managing Fluctuating Diversity Budgets: Doing More with Less.” Coleman discussed how to run internal diversity programs and suggested innovative, cost-effective ways to use diversity funding.
