Womble Carlyle Sponsors ACC Baltimore Chapter Luncheon, "Winning by Losing: Trying a Losing Case for a Win on Appeal"
November 1, 2011
Baltimore, MD—We’ve all been there – the trial of a case no one could win. But such cases can be won on appeal. Also, such cases are tried for many reasons.
At the November ACC Baltimore Chapter luncheon program sponsored by Womble Carlyle, an experienced panel including a judge, inside counsel, and outside counsel will explore these issues in a program entitled, “Winning by Losing: Trying a Losing Case for a Win on Appeal.”
Speakers include:
- David B. Hamilton, Partner, Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP (Moderator)
- James Cooney, Partner, Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP
- Jeff Reichert, Group General Counsel, Allegis Group, Inc.
- Judge Pamela J. White, Part 7, Circuit Court for Baltimore City
The luncheon program will take place Tuesday, November 1, 2011, from 12:00-1:30pm at McCormick & Schmick’s (711 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21202). There is no cost to attend for members or first-time visitors. There is a $15 registration fee for non-members.
