Recap: Discussion on Software and Software-as-a-Service Transactions

TYSONS CORNER, VA—What are the challenges and rewards surrounding software licensing agreements and software-as-a-service contracts? What should you look for in such agreements and how do you handle the risks in a real-world business setting?
 
Womble Carlyle attorney Sanjay Beri, a member of the firm’s technology transactions team, lead a luncheon discussion to answer those questions. He was joined by Dave Wolf, Vice President of Cynergy, a D.C.-based software design and development firm.
