Womble Carlyle to host Quebec Optics/Photonics Delegation

Tysons Corner, VA– On Wednesday, February 16, 2011, Womble Carlyle will host a Quebec Bureau of Washington delegation of six innovative optics and photonics companies interested in doing business with the U.S. government. The day-long program, held at the firm’s Tysons Corner office, will include morning education panels presented by government contracts industry leaders including Womble Carlyle government contracts lawyers, Holly Emrick Svetz and Jim Kearney. Womble Carlyle will also host a luncheon where the Quebec delegation will present their technologies to local government contracts executives. The day’s events will culminate with a networking reception at the Tower Club in Tysons Corner from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
The presenting companies include: ABB Analytical; Creaform; EXFO; Gentec Electro-Optics; Opsens; and Urbanimmersive. These companies are interested in partnering with contractors and agencies and will be available for one-on-one meetings with interested partners on February 16th and 17th.
