Keith Munson is a trial lawyer with nearly 20 years experience representing major corporations and governmental entities in complex litigation in the areas of product liability defense, mass tort defense, class action litigation, director and officer liability, and civil/securities fraud. Product liability cases have included medical devices, joint replacements, heart implant devices, optical lens implants, contact lenses, health care products, dietary supplements, refractory ceramic products, building materials, insulation products, textile machinery, consumer appliances, consumer products, apparel, industrial machinery, and military and aviation related equipment. Director and officer liability matters have involved large public and private corporations in telecommunications, power and electrical generation, junk bonds, insurance and mortgage industries and financial institutions.
