Since joining the Business Litigation Team, Amanda has assisted lenders and national banks in litigation related to origination, servicing and foreclosures, as well as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), Fair Dept Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA).
Amanda’s previous experience includes working as a paralegal on Wells Fargo’s Consumer Real Estate Team, giving her a client’s perspective on a bank’s consumer financial litigation needs.
