Carol’s practice focuses on advising life sciences and information technology industry clients. She prepares and negotiates trademark and technology licensing agreements, joint development, clinical research, manufacturing, supply, commercialization, services, consulting and other commercial agreements. Carol also negotiates and drafts dealer and franchise agreements, franchise offering circulars and counsels clients on all aspects of franchise, advertising and promotions law.
