Catherine is part of the firm’s Business Litigation team. Since joining Womble Carlyle she has experience working with seasoned attorneys on litigation matters involving contract disputes, professional malpractice, and general torts. She has also personally litigated commercial lease disputes, typically involving evictions and accompanying monetary damages awards. Catherine received her law degree from The University of Georgia School of Law. While at Georgia she served as an Editorial Board Member and Notes Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. She was a member of the University of Georgia Moot Court Team and was a Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition Semi-Finalist and Russell Moot Court Competition Quarterfinalist.
