Charles Middleton is a registered patent attorney and a patent associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office, where he focuses his practice on patent prosecution primarily in the mechanical arts. Prior to joining Womble Carlyle, Charles was Associate Intellectual Property Counsel with Siemens Corporation, where he prepared, prosecuted and appealed utility and design patent applications to successfully issued patents in the mechanical arts. Charles also has experience in the preparation of trademark applications and licensing agreements, including confidentiality agreements.
