Chris is experienced in all phases of civil trial and appellate practice, having tried jury and non-jury cases to verdict and argued appeals. Her practice has focused on product liability litigation representing clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, and tobacco industries. She is skilled in defending clients in class actions, multidistrict litigation, and other coordinated proceedings. In addition, she has significant trial experience in the following areas: municipality defense, personal injury, civil rights, premises liability, workers' compensation, business torts, and professional malpractice.
Chris transitioned to the Firm's Case Management Facility Practice Team in 2006, adding her significant complex litigation experience to the CMF’s focus on partnering with corporate clients to improve the quality of litigation management and contain costs. A significant part of Chris’ work involves counseling clients on the proactive development of strategies for reducing spend without interfering with tactical business and other objectives.
