Christine’s practice focuses on intellectual property matters in the areas of licensing and trademark law.
Before joining the firm, Christine was Corporate Counsel for YellowPages.com where she provided legal advice relating to all intellectual property matters, as well as corporate, commercial, employment, strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and Internet issues. Christine managed all internal legal and intellectual property matters relating to the acquisition of YellowPages.com by a joint venture arrangement between BellSouth and SBC that closed in November 2004. After the merger, Christine worked on the transition team that integrated the Internet divisions of all three companies and provided legal advice relating to intellectual property matters such as outsourcing, licensing, trademark, and Internet issues, in addition to other general business legal matters.
