Chris Oldham is a member of the Capital Markets practice group in the firm’s Winston-Salem office. He counsels clients in a variety of commercial transactional matters, including the representation of banks and other financial institutions in mortgage lending and corporate loan transactions. His experience ranges from single-borrower, single-property secured loans to multi-state transactions involving multiple properties and complex borrower structures. He also has significant experience in syndicated and asset-based lending transactions.
In addition, Chris assists financial institutions dealing with troubled assets and/or credits, including loan workouts, loan sales and dispositions of real estate-owned properties.
Chris regularly assists clients with issues pertaining to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
His legal experience also includes natural resources, water rights and Native American issues.
