Director, Research and Consulting
As Director of Research and Consulting for FirmLogic, Drew leads a team of highly skilled research analysts and consultants who support attorneys in tough cases where significant medical and scientific facts are at issue.
Drew’s team provides top-level research and analysis of these medical and scientific issues, arming attorneys with the factual information they need to win in the courtroom. These team members are highly experienced; many hold post-graduate degrees in their respective fields. Drew’s team also maintains an extensive library of resources and access to databases designed to provide counsel with resources used to elucidate the complex medical and/or scientific issues involved in trial.
In addition to overseeing FirmLogic’s medical and scientific research, Drew also leads FirmLogic’s expert witness vetting and preparation efforts. Her team works with attorneys to identify and if needed, to prepare expert witnesses so that they can be of maximum benefit in a litigation effort.
She also oversees FirmLogic’s document and records collection process.
Drew began her Womble Carlyle career in 1985 working on a large-scale document review project for R.J. Reynolds. In that capacity, she worked closely with company experts, gaining experience with scientific and medical issues.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Classical Studies and Art History from Wake Forest University and is currently working on a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies, also from Wake Forest.
