As a member of the Tax, Trusts & Estates practice group, Edward focuses his practice on the areas of estate and gift tax planning, charitable planning, fiduciary administration and fiduciary litigation. In addition, he assists clients with the creation of new charitable organizations and advises charitable and education clients about governance, compliance, grant-making and fundraising issues.
