Beth Southern advises both public and privately held companies on a variety of transactional, corporate and commercial matters. A substantial portion of her practice includes negotiating, documenting and closing complex business transactions, including strategic alliances and business acquisitions, mergers and divestitures. In addition, Beth routinely assists public companies with respect to SEC disclosure and reporting obligations and market listing standards, including the preparation and filing of periodic reports, proxy statements and registration statements.
