Hardin has a broad range of experience in dealing with troubled loans and loan workouts including foreclosures, receiverships, and lender liability issues. He also has a broad range of transactional experience in real estate transactions including timberland transactions, real estate finance, securitized lending transactions, asset based finance, corporate finance, secured transactions and real estate development. He also has substantial experience in commercial law issues and Uniform Commercial Code law.
