Isabel's practice focuses primarily on intellectual property, with a focus on information technology. She counsels clients on the structuring and negotiation of their intellectual property-related deals, maximizing her clients' commercial exploitation and monetization of their intellectual property assets.

Isabel has deep experience negotiating software licenses, technology-related agreements along a product's life cycle, international IT services, cross-border cloud and hosting services, international outsourcing, transfer of technology and strategic commercial relationships such as technology distribution channels and OEM agreements. Her experience includes a wide array of applications and businesses, with an eclectic practice that goes from the video game industry to social media, from financial applications to mortgage and loan qualification software systems, to name a few.
       
Isabel represents public and private companies in a broad array of corporate and commercial matters, combining her pragmatic experience in intellectual property law, commercial deal-making and international transactions as applicable to companies in tech-centric businesses. Her practice regularly includes advising emerging technology companies as they craft strategies to develop, license and distribute proprietary technologies, and she has managed transactions across Europe, Latin America and North America.

Isabel is bilingual, multicultural and educated under both civil law and common law legal systems.
