Lawyer Bio : Jacqueline M. Goble
Jacqueline M. Goble
"Jackie"
Winston-Salem
Jackie Goble has spent her entire 10-year legal career defending clients in products liability litigation. Currently, she is working as a liaison attorney at the Case Management Facility. In that capacity, she has become thoroughly familiar with her specific company client, its strategic objectives, senior executives and outside counsel.
By exchanging ideas with in-house attorneys and their outside counsel, and then partnering with technology vendors, she works with this group to find ways to do more work with less people. She works through problems with clients, develops a solution, integrates it into CMF processes, and engages in constant feedback to be sure the solution adds value.
Jackie began working with the CMF at its inception and has been an active participant in its evolution from a system to manage documents and work product to an indispensable tool to win cases. She has also provided significant pre-trial and trial support to clients, including drafting of answers to complaints and discovery responses as well as exhibit preparation, meet and confers regarding exhibits and exhibit tracking.
The CMF is committed to fostering relationships with their clients and providing extraordinary client services. As part of that initiative, Jackie assists in the CMF’s in-house continuing education program of its paralegals and support staff to enhance their understanding of the legal process and how their day-to-day activities assist the clients in winning cases.
Jackie also participates in a variety of pro bono work. She is working with Womble Carlyle’s effort to assist low-income victims of Hurricane Katrina. She also tutors local kindergarten students who need help with English.
In addition, Jackie currently sits on the North Carolina Bar Association Young Lawyers Pre-Law-Counseling Committee and is chair of the technology subcommittee.
