James Aslanis brings nearly three decades of engineering and research experience to Womble Carlyle’s Patent Team. He works with tech industry clients on developing and creating patent portfolios, as well as preparing and prosecuting technology patent applications. He also provides technical advice, including invalidity and non-infringement analysis for clients in patent litigation and licensing.
James has a background in electrical engineering, systems engineering and biomedical engineering, with particular experience in digital and analog communications, signal processing, circuit design and semiconductor technology.
