Mr. Cohen advises technology companies, government contractors and clients across a variety of other industries with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, securities regulation, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate matters. He also represents venture capital and private equity funds with formation matters, securities compliance and investments, and represents institutional investors in connection with private equity and hedge fund investments. Mr. Cohen is a graduate of Virginia Tech and the William and Mary School of Law.
