Jennifer Collins is an associate in Womble Carlyle's Atlanta office where she concentrates her practice in the area of business litigation. Jennifer has been involved in several complex business litigation cases involving contract disputes, restrictive covenants (non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-piracy agreements), fraud and other business torts. In addition, she has defended corporations and banks in state and federal cases involving complex employment, insurance, and antitrust issues. Jennifer also has handled several cases successfully in the Georgia Court of Appeals.
