Jill's practice focuses on representing heath care providers in a wide range of organizational, governance, and regulatory issues. Her regulatory experience includes assisting clients with the following:
- Stark Law compliance;
- Federal Anti-Kickback Statute issues;
- HIPAA Privacy and Security compliance, including compliance with the HITECH Act;
- Implementation and use of health information technology;
- Incentives available to health care providers for the “meaningful use” of electronic health records;
- Formation and operation of Patient Safety Organizations pursuant to the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act of 2005; and
- Compliance with various state laws.
