John is an experienced product liability attorney in complex mass tort litigation with a particular emphasis on witness development and case defense development.
John's current focus is in the defense of product manufacturers. He has particular experience in developing scientific and medical expert witnesses in the areas of addiction, pharmacology, and brain physiology from the pre-trial phase through deposition and trial testimony. He is also experienced in deposing plaintiffs' experts in these fields. John has been involved in cases throughout the United States and in Canada, France, Spain, Israel, and Russia, where he had involvement in the first product liability lawsuit in the post Soviet Union era.
