Jon Fligg concentrates his trial practice on the defense of product liability cases. He represents one of the Firm's largest clients in smoking and health litigation, as well as other clients in product cases and business litigation cases. Jon is involved in all phases of litigation from initial planning of the defense of the case, discovery, trial and any appeals.
Jon also devotes time to pro bono representation. He is on the Board of Directors for Atlanta Legal Aid Society and has served on the Board of Directors for Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. He is also an active participant in the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyer Foundation's Saturday Morning Program, and on the Firm's Pro Bono Committee.
Jon was named a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine in 2006, 2009 2010 and 2011. In 2009, Jon was inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. He is also a NITA Advocate.
