Julie B. Pape

Winston-Salem

Julie practices in the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group. She primarily represents secured and unsecured creditors in business bankruptcies and secured lenders in consumer cases.

She has experience handling various issues that arise in a bankruptcy case, representing plaintiffs and defendants in preference and fraudulent transfer litigation and non-dischargeability actions, and representing purchasers of assets out of Section 363 sales.

In addition, Julie has experience with large commercial litigation and with large financial transactions, including asset securitizations and out-of-court restructurings and workouts.

Julie is a Board Certified Specialist in Business Bankruptcy Law.
