Keith Munson is a trial lawyer with over 23 years experience representing major corporations and governmental entities in complex litigation in the areas of product liability defense, mass tort defense, class action litigation, director and officer liability, and civil/securities fraud. Product liability cases have included medical devices, surgical implants, joint replacements, cardiac devices, optical lens implants, contact lenses, healthcare products, dietary supplements, refractory ceramic products, building materials, insulation products, consumer appliances, consumer products, apparel, industrial machinery, and military and aviation transports and components. In 2008, Mr. Munson obtained judgment for the defendant in the first human bone allograft recall case to go to trial.* Director and officer liability matters have involved large public and private corporations in telecommunications, power and electrical generation, high-yield debt instruments, insurance and mortgage industries and financial institutions. Mr. Munson emphasizes trial preparation and teaches a course on "Great Trials in History" and has presented seminars on trial related subjects such as "Computer Assisted Demonstrative Evidence."
