Mr. Pigott practices in the field of commercial real estate transactions, with special emphasis on (i) acquisition, sale and development of commercial real estate, (ii) representation of commercial real estate developers and homebuilders in partnerships and development ventures, and (iii) acquisition, construction and permanent mortgage financing through both portfolio loans and securitized conduit loans. Mr. Pigott also has extensive experience in the field of structured credit products, securitizations and mortgage-backed securities, including representing sponsors, issuers and underwriters in such transactions.
