Kristen H. Cramer

Kristen Healey Cramer is a Partner in Womble Carlyle’s Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Wilmington, Delaware office. Kristen represents domestic and international clients as lead counsel in patent infringement actions in federal district and appellate courts and as Delaware counsel in the District of Delaware. She has litigated patent matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotechnology, consumer electronics, computer networks, and business methods. Kristen also is actively involved in the Federal Circuit Bar Association and performs pro bono service as a guardian ad litem with Delaware's Office of Child Advocate.
 
Previously, Kristen was an attorney with Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP and Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell in Wilmington, Delaware, and with Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP in Washington, DC.
 
While in law school, Kristen interned at the National Institutes of Health Office of Technology Transfer and the American Petroleum Institute. Prior to law school, she worked in the medical imaging field as a Medical/Grant Writer for the Radiology Department of the University of California, San Diego and worked as a scientist for Radiation Monitoring Devices.
