Kristen Provenza Benko received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University, New Orleans (B.A. 1996) and her law degree from The University of North Carolina (J.D. 1999). Kristen joined Poyner & Spruill in September 1999 and practices solely in the area of public finance. Kristen has experience in many types of financings, including general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, certificates of participation and housing bonds. Kristen is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
