Larry Estridge has more than 30 years of experience in all facets of real estate development and utilization, including zoning, incentives, and other land use issues. His practice includes representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, brokers, developers, lessors and lessees. His broad range of transactional experience includes:

  • site selection and land planning;
  • negotiation of property tax and job credit incentives;
  • preparation of purchase and sale contracts;
  • supervision of zoning and land use revisions;
  • mortgage-based financing transactions;
  • negotiation and drafting of commercial leases; and
  • litigation involving real estate and zoning issues
