Laura Seidel serves clients primarily in the areas of secured lending and commercial real estate. These areas of practice have provided Laura with significant experience in structuring, negotiating and closing loan transactions secured by assets and by all types of commercial real estate including office, retail, industrial, warehouse, multi-family, assisted living and hotel properties. She also has experience representing servicers of commercial mortgage loans in a variety of areas, with particular experience in loan defeasances, restructurings and workouts. In addition, Laura represents parties in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate and in commercial real estate leasing matters.

  • A large national bank in closing a $175,000,000 loan secured by 27 residential developments. 
  • A major regional bank in closing a $56,500,000 mortgage warehouse credit facility.
  • A major regional bank in closing a $20,000,000 mortgage warehouse credit facility.
  •  A major regional bank in forbearance and restructuring loans secured by multiple warehouse properties. 
  • A major regional bank in forbearance and restructuring a loan secured by a motor vehicle dealership. 
  • A purchaser in the $36,500,000 acquisition of an office building. 
  • A purchaser in the $28,250,000 acquisition of an office building.
