Leandre Anthony is an associate in the Capital Markets Group of Womble Carlyle’s Atlanta office. Leandre regularly assists with commercial lending matters, including assessing and summarizing lender’s rights in multiple loan credit facilities, documenting loan restructures and forbearance agreements, accelerating defaulted loans and conducting real and personal property foreclosures. 
 
Leandre also supports Womble Carlyle’s Corporate and Securities Group, regularly advising clients in the areas of business organization, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial transactions. His experience includes negotiating, documenting and completing corporate and financial transactions, including mergers, debt offerings, purchases and sales of stock and assets, and joint ventures in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, staffing, healthcare and holding companies.
 
Leandre also has experience counseling clients in the area of entertainment law. Leandre has negotiated and drafted agreements for recording artists, independent record labels, songwriters and composers, and independent film and television producers.
