Marcy Sperry is an associate in Womble Carlyle’s Intellectual Property Group, where she concentrates on trademark law and intellectual property dispute resolution. She has experience clearing, registering and protecting trademarks, as well as experience in resolving trademark disputes. Ms. Sperry’s litigation experience includes active participation in the various stages of litigation, including pre-filing investigation, all aspects of discovery, brief writing, motion practice, depositions, trial, and appeals. In addition to traditional litigation, Ms. Sperry has experience in alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Before joining Womble Carlyle, Ms. Sperry defended pharmaceutical companies in nationwide product liability class actions.
 
Ms. Sperry was named a Rising Star by Georgia Super Lawyers magazine in 2010 and 2011.
