Experienced in healthcare antitrust matters, Mark Horoschak served as Assistant Director of the Bureau of Competition of the Federal Trade Commission in charge of healthcare enforcement from September 1989 to October 1995.
Since joining Womble Carlyle in November 1995, Mr. Horoschak has established a broad-based practice, representing both national and regional companies in mergers, joint ventures, and distributional matters. Mr. Horoschak has appeared on behalf of clients before the federal antitrust enforcement agencies and in litigation before both federal and state courts.
