Tricia Gordon provides counsel to national and regional financial institutions in connection with financial transactions, including loan origination and syndication, derivatives, debt restructuring, defaulted loan workouts, foreclosures, portfolio loan sales and distressed debt trading. In the context of debt restructuring and loan workouts, her practice focuses primarily on real estate and commercial loans. She also has experience advising administrative agents on working with syndicate members in performing and nonperforming syndicated loans.

Represented administrative agent and lead arranger in a $400,000,000 syndicated revolving credit facility for a national REIT secured by a portfolio of office properties.
Represented administrative agent and lead arranger in amending a $95,000,000 secured syndicated credit facility for a leading regional home builder in connection with its capital restructuring.
Represented administrative agent and collateral agent in foreclosing on residential project securing a $50,000,000 syndicated credit facility.
Represented administrative agent and lead arranger in analyzing and amending $100,000,000 syndicated credit facility for a home builder and developer in connection with a defaulting lender.
Represented administrative agent and collateral agent in restructuring, and subsequently foreclosing on, residential condominium project securing a $81,000,000 syndicated credit facility.
Represented administrative agent and joint lead arranger in modifying a $500,000,000 secured syndicated credit facility for a national home builder arising from deteriorating financial performance.
