Peter has represented CDEs, investors and lenders in a variety of NMTC transactions through which over $350 million of program capital has been deployed in communities located in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Louisiana. Peter has extensive experience representing syndication funds and institutional investors in structuring, negotiating and documenting all aspects of new markets, affordable housing and historic rehabilitation investment transactions. Peter regularly advises banks and other financial institutions on a variety of issues relative to their community development and public welfare activities, including Community Reinvestment Act compliance, reporting and eligibility issues.
