Peter has extensive experience representing institutional investors, lenders, municipalities and developers in the development and financing of affordable housing, historic and commercial properties using federal and state tax credits, with an emphasis on the utilization of low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, new markets tax credits and energy credits. He regularly advises banks and other financial institutions on a variety of issues relative to their community development and public welfare activities, including eligibility and compliance requirements under the Community Reinvestment Act.
Peter co-authors the firm's Community Development & Affordable Housing Blog.
