For more than 35 years, businesses have turned to Rob Wilder for representation in tough commercial litigation, including bet-the-company cases. He most regularly appears in commercial business disputes, including antitrust suits, unfair and deceptive trade practice cases, and products liability cases.
Some of his recent cases include:

- Defending an insurance company in a breach of fiduciary duty to the insured case. Rob obtained a summary judgment on behalf of the company.
