Rachel Daly is an experienced litigator, having tried a number of cases as lead counsel. She has represented a wide range of clients in both state and federal courts and has successfully argued appeals in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

Rachel’s current litigation practice includes products liability defense, construction defect coverage and litigation, and directors and officers liability coverage.

She began her legal practice defending public officials. For several years, she concentrated her practice on defending cities and counties and their law enforcement and rescue personnel. Rachel still devotes part of her time to this work, which she greatly enjoys.

Rachel was named one of Womble Carlyle’s "Pro Bono Champions" in 2008 for her extensive pro bono work.
