Howard is the head of our firm’s Life Sciences Industry Group and Environmental, Energy and Toxic Tort Practice Group. Among his clients are global and middle market pharmaceutical, agribusiness, and chemical companies focused on health, nutrition, energy efficiency and climate protection through a wide range of products including vaccines and diagnostics, commercial seeds, crop production, chemicals and plastics. He is an experienced 30-year litigation and regulatory lawyer with experience in medical device disputes, suits involving the impact of drug reactions, CERCLA, RCRA, underground storage tanks, groundwater contamination matters, and hazardous substance and hazardous waste issues. Howard is a frequent lecturer, both regionally and nationally.
