Richard David is one of the founding partners of the law firm David, Hagner, Kuney & Davison which merged with Womble Carlyle in October 1998.

 

David has more than 32 years of experience representing primarily owners and developers in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and general business laws, including:

  • Transaction structuring focusing on tax, legal and business aspects of transactions
