Richard Hills serves on the bank regulatory practice team of Womble Carlyle’s Capital Markets Business Group in the firm’s Atlanta office. Richard represents and counsels institutional and individual clients on a broad range of bank, thrift and holding company regulatory, enforcement and compliance matters. Richard has extensive experience in representing financial institutions in merger and acquisition transactions. He has also worked with clients on bank organization, stock offering and chartering issues, the establishment of subsidiaries; consumer credit compliance issues; bank-related litigation and commercial transactions; and supervisory and enforcement matters.
