D.J. is one of the firm’s most experienced young trial attorneys, having tried numerous cases as lead counsel in both state and federal courts. Currently, D.J. concentrates his practice on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation, but over the course of his career, D.J. has successfully represented clients in a variety of matters including cases involving employment discrimination, medical malpractice, professional liability, public official and governmental liability, and wrongful death claims.

D.J. prides himself on representing clients in an efficient and thoughtful manner. He consistently works to achieve the best result for clients whether that result is at trial or a favorable settlement. D.J. also strives to learn his clients’ businesses to serve as a trusted counselor long after any individual piece of litigation has concluded.
