Sandi Wilson defends businesses in all aspects of litigation including product liability matters, business disputes, and employment claims.
Sandi has represented businesses before all state and federal courts in South Carolina. She has tried multiple cases as both associate and lead counsel. She is mindful of both the business implications presented when a company’s reputation, employees or products are attacked, and the practical problems associated with protracted litigation. She works with businesses to ensure open communication exists regarding both a client’s expectations and the risks and benefits associated with pending litigation.
Professional Activities
Sandi was admitted to the South Carolina bar in 1999 and is admitted to practice before all state courts in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, and the Fourth Circuit. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar Association and the Greenville Bar Association.
Sandi is a graduate of Leadership Greenville, Class 31, the Furman University Women’s Leadership Forum, and currently serves as a Board Member of the Friends of the Guardian ad Litem Program.
