Ms. Miller practices in the area of Health Law, representing physicians, physician groups, home health agencies, hospitals, long term care facilities and other related health care providers. Ms. Miller has experience representing health care providers in a variety of health law related issues, including federal and state fraud and abuse compliance, physician disciplinary and peer review proceedings, public and private reimbursement issues, including managed care issues, and contract negotiations. She has also provided legal advice to clients on patient rights and research issues.
 
Her litigation experience includes Medicare fraud and abuse and the defense of hospitals, physicians, long term care facilities, and pharmacists against professional malpractice claims.
 
Honors include: Best Lawyers in America (Health Care Law);  South Carolina Super Lawyers (Health Care Law); Martindale Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
