Sanjay’s practice focuses primarily on technology licensing, specifically monetizing clients’ intellectual property assets in the high-tech and software industries. He counsels a variety of clients in high-tech, software, medical device, satellite, mobile, healthcare and Internet industries regarding the structuring and negotiation of their technology-related deals and commercial exploitation of their intellectual property assets.
Sanjay has represented hundreds of clients in the technology space, drafting and negotiating a wide range of technology-related agreements including enterprise software licensing agreements, application service provider agreements, distribution/reseller agreements, services agreements, development agreements, consulting agreements and content licensing and hosting arrangements.
Sanjay was named one of SmartCEO Reader’s Pick for the Region’s Top Attorneys, in the December 2011 edition of SmartCEO magazine.
