Sarah is an associate in the Business Litigation practice group of Womble Carlyle's Charlotte office. She has a diverse practice representing corporations, individuals, and local governments. Her commercial litigation experience includes consumer financial services, telecommunications, and commercial construction. She provides day-to-day advice to clients in order to manage risk and resolve disputes outside of litigation. Sarah practices in North Carolina state and federal court. Sarah also is experienced in education law, working with both traditional public schools and charter schools in employment, student, and contractual matters and regularly advising on special education compliance. She is skilled in all stages of a business client’s dispute, from the initial fact investigation to the appellate level. Sarah has been recognized as a 2010 Rising Star by North Carolina Super Lawyers.
