Tina Jones’ practice focuses on white collar pharmaceutical defense including government investigations.  She has broad experience with federal civil and criminal investigations, as well as internal investigations.   Tina frequently counsels clients on pharmaceutical sales and marketing compliance matters.
 
Tina has also served as national, regional and local counsel for product manufacturers in multi-district litigation. Tina's courtroom experience includes jury and bench trials, administrative trials/hearings, arbitration and motion practice. Outside the courtroom, she has broad experience with complex discovery matters, including the full range of issues related to corporate and expert witness depositions, electronic discovery and large-scale document productions. 
 
In addition to representing international pharmaceutical companies in product liability and white collar matters, Tina has defended companies in complex litigation matters involving physicians, nursing homes, and hospitals in professional negligence claims and administrative appeals against state and federal government agencies.
 
Tina has a particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and is a formally trained mediator.  Understanding her clients’ business is fundamental to the way she practices law. Therefore, developing and maintaining relationships, and implementing strategies that achieve her clients’ short and long term goals is her priority. 
 
She serves on the Technology Advisory Committee of the North Carolina Bar Association and chairs the Communications subcommittee.
